An avid rugby league player, Tom is no stranger to injury, breaking both legs at the tender age of 25. As a result, he has an appreciation for what it takes to successfully transition back to sport from the rehabilitation phase post injury.
Tom has a passion for movement and strongly believes exercise is an integral part of any rehabilitation program. Whether your goals are to increase range of motion, increase stability or overall strength or even just to lose weight. Tom utilises Pilates and other modes of training in order to have a more client centred exercise prescription that meets their personal goals/interests.
