Warm, simple, movement focused

Clinical Pilates at Studio 4 is a personalised form of Pilates delivered in small groups by physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. These sessions combine guided movement, controlled strength work and steady progression to help you feel more confident and capable in your body.

Every person begins with a one on one Pilates Assessment so your practitioner can understand your goals and design exercises that suit your movement, comfort and preferences. This ensures you enter a class with clarity, support and a clear sense of direction. Your Clinical Pilates Pathway

Pilates Assessment

Your journey begins with a one on one assessment with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist. This session helps us understand your goals, how you move and the class options that will best support you.

Your personalised exercise selections

After your assessment, your practitioner designs a selection of exercises suited to your movement needs. These form the foundation of your small group classes.

Small group Clinical Pilates classes

Classes are kept small so your practitioner can guide your technique, make adjustments and support your progress each week.

Class times

Our Clinical Pilates classes run across mornings, lunchtime and afternoons to suit a variety of schedules. Because each class is kept small for personalised support, spots tend to fill quickly.

If the time you are hoping for is unavailable, you can join our waitlist and we will contact you as soon as a space opens. Completing your Pilates Assessment also helps us match you with the most suitable class times for your goals.
