Your first step into Clinical Pilates

A one on one assessment with a practitioner who takes the time to understand your goals and design a personalised plan for your classes.

What is a Pilates Assessment?

A Pilates Assessment is a required one off session with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist before joining our Clinical Pilates classes.

This session gives you the chance to share your goals, understand how your body moves and receive a personalised exercise plan that supports you from your very first class.

It ensures you enter Clinical Pilates feeling prepared, supported and confident.

Why this step is important?

It helps us understand your movement patterns, comfort levels and priorities

It allows your practitioner to design exercises that suit your goals

It ensures your classes are safe, personalised and well matched to your needs

It gives you time to ask questions, learn the equipment and feel comfortable before joining a group

It supports a smooth transition into small group Clinical Pilates sessions

This once off assessment sets the foundation for your ongoing progress.
