Your first step into Clinical Pilates
A one on one assessment with a practitioner who takes the time to understand your goals and design a personalised plan for your classes.
What is a Pilates Assessment?
A Pilates Assessment is a required one off session with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist before joining our Clinical Pilates classes.
This session gives you the chance to share your goals, understand how your body moves and receive a personalised exercise plan that supports you from your very first class.
It ensures you enter Clinical Pilates feeling prepared, supported and confident.
