Troy has a lifelong passion for health and wellbeing. He joined his local fitness club at 13 and went on to complete his Certificate III in Fitness in 2003. Soon after, he enlisted in the Australian Army as a Combat Engineer, where he was selected and trained as a Combat Fitness Leader, sparking his love for instructing, mentoring, and leading groups.
Following deployments to East Timor and Afghanistan, Troy discharged from the Army in 2012 and completed his Certificate IV in Fitness. With over two decades of experience in fitness, leadership, and personal development, he now brings a unique depth of wisdom, resilience, and authenticity to his work.
Since 2017, Troy has also been a Director at Veteran Mentors, delivering powerful programs that guide young people and their families through transformation. His current passions include breathwork facilitation, one-on-one coaching, and group programs such as Parent Retreats and Reconnection Expeditions.
Whether on the training field, in a breathwork session, or leading a workshop, Troy’s mission is the same: to create safe, structured spaces where people can grow, reconnect, and discover what they are truly capable of.
