Lucas has had a very high interest in the health and fitness industry since early teens. Playing football, running, gym and CrossFit were a huge part of his teenage years.
After leaving school, Lucas joined the Australian Defence Force as an Infantry Soldier. Due to the high amount of fitness required for this position and the frequency of the training, this career path further enhanced his interest in health and wellbeing.
In 2021, Lucas was medically separated from the ADF due to an injury sustained during service and returned home to Tasmania where he started his studies in Certificate 3 and 4 in
Fitness.
Fitness.
He has recently moved to the Gold Coast/Tweed area this year joining the team as a Personal Trainer and assist with any fitness, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation needs.
Lucas is offering small group personal training sessions so grab your partner or a friend for only $50 for half hour session. Or if you are new to the gym scene Lucas can write you a program and teach you how to use the equipment.
