Lauren is a yoga and breathwork facilitator passionate about guiding other into deeper connection
with their bodies, nervous systems, and inner wisdom. With a background as a dancer, she weaves
movement, mindfulness and somatic awareness into her sessions, creating space for both grounding
and expansion.
Lauren came to these practices, from a space where her mind was absolute chaos, her body was
struggling to move and she had no idea what living in alignment or feeling peaceful was. Yoga and
breathwork, shaped and changed all of that. Her passion stems from experience.
Her classes are a gentle invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect. Supporting the release of
stored tension while awakening presence and connection. Drawing on the transformative power of
breath, sound and movement, Lauren holds a nurturing space that encourages embodiment and
self-trust.
She believes that through conscious movement and breath we remember who we are and are open
to greater freedom, balance and joy in everyday life.
