Enya Watts

Enya graduated from her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy at Griffith University. Since graduating, she has completed additional training in acupuncture and dry needling, pelvic floor rehabilitation, musculoskeletal obstetric physiotherapy, and exercise during pregnancy. She also completed additional training in Pilates, finding Pilates a very powerful adjunct for injury prevention and maintaining long term physical health.
Enya is a caring, passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist which stems from her love of physical well-being and fitness. Enya uses soft tissue massage, acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy and individualised exercise prescription to assess, diagnose and treat a range of conditions in order to achieve the client’s goals.
Outside of work, Enya enjoys catching up with her friends and family, going to the beach and getting outdoors!
