Brad has always lived an active, high-energy lifestyle, growing up playing rugby league and rugby union, and spending his spare time bodyboarding and training in the gym.
Brad has spent six years in the Royal Australian Air Force working as a plumber within Airfield Engineering, where he has developed strong discipline, teamwork and resilience.
Today, Brad brings that same dedication into the gym. He’s passionate about strength training, functional fitness and helping people build confidence through movement. He aims to create a supportive, motivating environment where people can challenge themselves and reach their health and fitness goals.
