Amy is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals and returning them back to what they love. Graduating with distinction from Griffith University, Amy enjoys treating a variety of conditions and has a particular interest in sporting injuries, headaches, neck pain, stroke, and neurological rehabilitation.
With a hands-on approach, Amy utilises techniques such as soft tissue massage, and joint mobilisations to provide personalised care and effective treatment plans. Amy is passionate about improving people’s well-being and pain through both exercise and manual therapies.
Amy is a passionate outdoors and sports enthusiast, and outside of her professional endeavours you will find her surfing, hiking, camping, bouldering, wakeboarding, running or playing netball. Amy brings an understanding perspective to her practice, understanding the frustrations, and challenges athletes face. With a commitment to ongoing learning and a passion for helping others, Amy is dedicated to helping others to optimise their wellbeing and enhance their quality of life.
