Darla graduated from Bond University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy. Prior to attending Bond, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawaii.
Darla is passionate about helping people achieve their health, fitness, athletic, and rehabilitation goals. She utilises many techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue massage, fascial release, and movement analysis to get the best results for her clients. In addition to being a physiotherapist, Darla is a certified pilates and yoga instructor. She has personally experienced the immense benefits of pilates & yoga and loves sharing these with her clients. When she is not working, Darla enjoys surfing, kite boarding, and running.
