Chris Borgese

Chris is a former professional athlete with qualification in cert 3 and 4 in fitness. He is Pilates certified and excels in body resistance training, strength and circuit classes.

Chris has previously mentored Canberra Raiders Development squads in a Strength and Conditioning role as well as led mentoring programs for the Gold Coast Titans.

With help from the team at Studio 4, Chris is preparing for a Guinness Book of Records attempt where is training to beat the record for most amount of pull-ups in 6 hours (current record is 3,515 repetitions).

Driven by his passion in health and fitness, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in strength training; applying techniques that all ages, shapes and sizes can benefit from.
