What an Accredited Exercise Physiologist Does
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified allied health professionals who specialise in exercise based support. They use movement, education and lifestyle strategies to help people feel stronger, more capable and more confident in their body.
At Studio 4, this may include:
Guided exercise programs shaped around your goals and abilities
Support with building healthy routines and long-term movement habits
Strength, mobility and functional training to improve day to day lif
Gentle progressions that help you feel more in control of your movement
Strategies to help maintain motivation and stay consistent
Your AEP will always meet you where you are and support you as you progress at your own pace.

Explore how you move and understand your starting point
Design an exercise plan that suits your comfort, capacity and lifestyle
Guide you through each step with clarity and encouragement

Specialised Support for Active Lifestyles
Our Exercise Physiologists also offer coaching for running and cycling enthusiasts. This may include video analysis, technique guidance and personalised programming to support more efficient movement patterns and enjoyable performance. These sessions are available to both recreational and experienced athletes.

Depending on your eligibility, Exercise Physiology services may be accessible through NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, GP Care Plans or private health insurance. We can help you understand your options and what may be available.
