Jaime first experienced yoga in her early 20’s, and was captivated by the flows, poses and challenges it offered, and was a practice she leaned on during a time of hardship, which is when she decided to pursue her passion and complete a 200hr YTT in the very country it originated from, India. During her two month stay in India, Jaime also completed a 10 day Vipassana meditation course and incorporates areas of this meditation practice within her yoga classes, helping you to focus on the here and now, to be present and listen to your body. Her favourite style of yoga to teach is a flowy vinyaya, however she also loves deep, long holds that yin classes offer as well.
Jaime is also a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science degree qualification, having a keen interest in helping to support others through means of holistic, individualised health approaches, as no one treatment fits all.
In her spare time, Jaime loves to spend time out in the garden, getting out for a surf, crocheting, reading a good book and making a delicious mess in the kitchen.
