Chantelle found her passion for Pilates over 10 years ago and has practiced religiously ever since.
With a background in psychology, she has always been drawn to people and improving the wellbeing of others.
Following the birth of her first child, Chantelle embarked on her journey of becoming a teacher, with a desire to empower others through movement and mindfulness.
With classes that blend the classical Pilates repertoire with a modern fluidity, Chantelle’s classes will leave you feeling invigorated, balanced and motivated.
Chantelle is passionate about getting clients of all ages to move and appreciate their body, no matter their age or fitness level.
