Hayden has a strong passion in health with his mission to cultivate people’s life by providing value through knowledge, experience and care. Ultimately, Hayden’s goal is to ensure that every individual is performing at their full potential.
Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s of Sport and Exercise Science degree and continuing study at Southern Cross to become an Exercise Physiologist, his knowledge is fresh with up to date evidence based information to share and put into practice.
Hayden will be running a range of group fitness classes and one on one private PT sessions. So, pop into a class and say hello, get fit, and have some fun.
